墨西哥發(fā)布新的能耗產(chǎn)品注冊(cè)目錄
11月14日，墨西哥聯(lián)邦政府公報(bào)正式發(fā)表了修改后的新能耗產(chǎn)品注冊(cè)目錄，同時(shí)發(fā)表了注冊(cè)過(guò)程的一些變更要求，以推進(jìn)“能源可持續(xù)法(LASE- Ley para el Aprovechamiento Sustentable de la Energía)”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾碌摹澳茉催^(guò)渡法(LTE- Ley de Transición Energética)”。這是繼今年5月4日墨西哥能源局修訂能源可持續(xù)法以后的第一個(gè)正式變更消息。
新目錄主要帶來(lái)如下改變：
1.新目錄取消并替代了原來(lái)的目錄，從原來(lái)186種產(chǎn)品首次變更到44種產(chǎn)品，詳見(jiàn)如下列表。
2.新目錄包含了注冊(cè)文件的新版本“附錄B”，新版本和體現(xiàn)的注冊(cè)信息取替代了原來(lái)的版本。
3.新目錄自聯(lián)邦政府公報(bào)發(fā)表后60個(gè)自然日生效，也即從2018年1月14日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行。
4.新目錄內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品如在發(fā)表日以前已經(jīng)完成墨西哥能耗注冊(cè)，不會(huì)受到影響并且無(wú)需應(yīng)對(duì)。
